My stay at the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta was a mix of great comforts and a few disappointments. The room I had was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom that felt luxurious. However, the service left a lot to be desired; some staff members were quite blunt and indifferent, especially at the front desk. Additionally, I faced some confusion with parking fees and a lack of communication about amenities, which detracted from the overall experience.

However, I did notice that the hotel is showing signs of aging, particularly in the room's aesthetics and mattress comfort.
